About

I am first and foremost a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. I am a husband to Karissa (21 years this July) and a dad to Corinne (17), Zachary (14) and Miriam (11). Next, I am the Director of College and Career Counseling at Delaware County Christian School and love to work with high school students and guide them and their parents through the college planning and application process. I started my college counseling career in 2001 as the Director of Student Development at Bridgemont High School in San Francisco, CA. I then moved to South Carolina in 2003 to be the Guidance Director at Hilton Head Christian Academy in Hilton Head, SC. I was there until 2010 when I moved to Philadelphia, PA to be the Director of College and Career Counseling at Delaware County Christian School (DC) in Newtown Square, PA and I continue in this role today.  I have enjoyed and appreciated my time at each school I have worked at. Being a college counselor in the West, South and now Northeast has allowed me to visit, gain knowledge and be very familiar with many colleges all over the country. I love sports and have an interest in Government. In addition to my Director of College and Career Counseling role at DC I coach varsity baseball for the last 10 years, serve as a co-advisor to the Prefects (highest Student Gov’t positions at DC) and teach a Supreme Court class. I attend Chvrch Newtown Square and serve in any way I can and I also love to be a fan of the West Virginia University Mountaineers. Let’s Go Mountaineers!
